What is Hypnosis?
In the most basic of terms, hypnosis is an altered state of the mind. It’s a totally natural state and will simply feel like you are super relaxed and almost in a sleep like state but mentally aware enough to encourage heightened concentration and focus, allowing the therapist to influence the subconscious mind with positive suggestion.
This is why hypnotherapy is so effective and successfully at addressing common problems and behaviours such as weight control /management, addictions such as smoking. Because the mind controls our behaviours, by tackling the mind, you can change those unwanted behaviours.
Weight Loss /Management
